Studio Policies

These policies help keep your appointment running smoothly and protect both your time and mine. Please review before booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for changes. Late cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows will result in a 50% service fee. For appointments with a deposit, your deposit will be forfeited instead of an additional fee.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service. They may be transferred once when rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Late Arrivals

A 7-minute grace period is provided. Please be checked in and ready within that time. Later arrivals may require a service adjustment or rescheduling. If rescheduling is necessary, the cancellation policy applies.
